Vehicle Description 1959 Austen Healey Bugeye Sprite 71,743 Miles Shown 948cc Inline-Four Four-Speed Manual Transmission Honda Cool Turquoise Paint Black Leather Upholstery Multi-Spoke 13 Wheels Twin SU Carburetors Rear Bumperettes Dual Side Mirrors Wood-Rimmed Steering Wheel Black Tonneau Cover Removable Side Curtains Refurbishment Records I purchased this 1959 Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite (PHOEBE) in 1982 and she was refinished in turquoise over black leather upholstery as part of a refurbishment completed in 2016.
The car is powered by a 948cc inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission, equipment includes a black tonneau cover, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, removable side curtains, and polished 13 wheels.
Service performed under my ownership included refurbishing the engine and transmission as well as reupholstering the vinyl interior.
This Bugeye Sprite is now offered with the manufacturer's literature, service and refurbishment records, and a clean Iowa title in the my name, the seller.
The car was refinished in Honda Cool Turquoise as part of the aforementioned refurbishment under current ownership.
