The car runs great and drives the same as when I bought it in 1994.
I was the founder of the Big River chapter of the Miata Club of America in the Quad Cities.
So what's wrong with the car? -Air conditioning is not cold, likely needs coolant (original R7).
-Factory stereo head unit is not fully functional.
CDs don't play.
(this is pretty common) -Sticky surface to the upper dash panel -Few very small cosmetic blemishes/dings; had minor rear quarter panel dent (from a lawn mower) which has been repaired.
-Faint wiper scratches on the windshield.
I have not tried to buff these off.
I also have a great many Miata-related items, like books, manuals, sales literature, a near-complete set of the original Miata Magazines, an unused, complete set of black Butterfly custom luggage, Miata toy models, and other memorabilia.
I do NOT have a hard top.
After I brought the car home, it was never driven in the winter.
Serious inquiries only; after all, I'm selling a family member.
Thanks for looking.
