The services offered are the following, but not limited to:

General Services:
- Computer repair
- Building custom computers
- Computer hardware upgrade
- General hardware and software troubleshooting

Specialized Services:
- Malicious software / malware removal
- Password recovery
- Data transfer/cloning
- Data recovery

Note:
The ability to provide specialized services and the success of them will heavily rely on the software, device type and device condition. Success of specialized services may vary based on extenuating circumstances. Please keep this in mind.

Rates:
$25 per hour. The subtotal will also include the taxes, shipping, and subtotal of any additional materials whether it be software or hardware if needed. This is further explained in the service contract agreement.

Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt and completion of service. This is further explained in the service contract agreement.

Additional information:
You will be required to sign a service contract agreement upon dropping the device off. I will not begin work without your signature on this form.

I will not provide illicit services that will potentially land me in a criminal or civil court case.
