Sales Representatives will be responsible for servicing and improving Red
Energy Drink sales in set accounts in a given geographical territory. The goal is to deliver and merchandise Red
while improving sales and profit for our retail customers and provide them with the products that their customers demand. Training will be provided. During the initial and in ongoing training the following skills will be addressed and developed:
brand education, personal organization, sales strategy, customer relations and communication skills. Existing Accounts Typical accounts include bars, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, health clubs, etc. Sales Reps will drive a company-owned van displaying the Red
logo and will visit all active locations on a regular basis. Sales Reps will be responsible for selling, merchandising, and delivering product to each location. They will also educate customers and consumers about the benefits and effects of Red
Energy Drink. Prospective Accounts There are still some retail outlets that are not yet carrying Red
Energy Drink. Once the Sales Rep is comfortable and has proven the ability to grow existing customers, we expect that the Sales Rep will identify prospective accounts. The Sales Rep will make appointments, and then present the benefits of selling Red
to these locations. The Divisional Manager and Red
employees will offer ongoing support. Skills/Qualifications and Conditions of Work 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude 2. Deep understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business preferred 3. Sales and customer service experience or excellent natural social skills 4. Track record of success in a highly self-directed environment 5. Strong time management and organizational capabilities 6. Attention to detail 7. A willingness to learn 8. Promptness and professionalism 9. Pre-placement drug test and random drug screening is conducted 10. Current driver's license and a clean driving record No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 3 years No Driving while Intoxicated charges during the last 7 years 11. Excellent physical and mental health A pre-placement physical will be conducted The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis is requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
