Continuous Improvement Leader
Rapidly growing international company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for it's Eastern Iowa location. At this flagship US plant the candidate will oversee the Manufacturing Excellence program in a very high paced Chemical Manufacturing environment. Many of your efforts will be directed toward improving efficiencies and processes in the areas of engineering, quality, and operations. Involvement will also be required in the development of Manufacturing Excellence initiatives and programs on a global basis. Position reports to the Site Facility Plant Manager.
Must haves:
BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
2 years Manufacturing Excellence experience
Strong knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, Lean
Strong knowledge of chemical, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
Excellent implementation and collaboration experience
Position is located in metro area in eastern Iowa and individual must be located there. Paid relocation and benefit package are available. Salary range is $80-100k.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
