Construction Inspector

Multi Serve, Inc. is a well-established and growing General Contractor with locations throughout the Midwest. We are currently expanding our REO division and are looking for qualified Estimator/Inspector to be a part of our estimating team.
We offer year round full time (Monday through Friday) work with opportunity for overtime at a competitive wage. Full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance. We also provide a company vehicle, as well as paid training and certifications. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Walk properties, determine scope of repairs, document with photos.
Assist project team with quantity take-off, pricing and bidding of construction projects and various disciplines of the project.
Perform quantity take-offs and pricing of estimates including mechanical, concrete, and building trades.
Good conceptual estimating capabilities.
Knowledge of residential construction process and techniques.
Requirements:

years residential construction experience
A valid & clean driver's license / pass a motor vehicle check / background check.
Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service.
Good computer skills, website navigation, email.
Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision.
Superb attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Provide own hand tools.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
