SAFETY COORDINATOR
Location: Davenport IA
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5
years of current experience managing a comprehensive Safety Program
Experience leading Safety Audits and inspections
Experience investigating accidents and incidents
Experience ensuring compliance and updating Safety Policies and Procedures
OHSAS 18001 Experience
Experience working and complying with local, state and Federal regulations governed by OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, ASME
Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, managing and maintaining allOHSAS 18001 Safety Programs, and Management Systems while coordinating all regulatory Compliance Activities including safety audits, investigations, and inspections. You will be responsible for coordinating all internal and external audits, maintaining certifications and ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. You will maintain safety performance statistical records and charts for facility performance and track all preventable and corrective actions.
COMPENSATION:
$50-$65K base
bonus (paid out monthly typically between 15-30%)
