Apartment Maintenance Technician
Key
Responsibilities:
oComplete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
oBe available to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends.
oGeneral Handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Requirements
oEPA Certification required
oValid Driver's License required
oBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
oFurnish own hand tools
oAt least one year experience as a maintenance technician
oPrefer experience in various areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs
oHVAC experience & CPO Certification preferred
Certified Pool Operator preferred.
