Counselor - Part-Time

The St. Ambrose University Counseling Center seeks a 20 hour per week counselor. The ideal candidate would have the flexibility to work two, 4-5 hour day shifts and two, 4-5 hour late afternoon/evening shifts. Reporting to the Director of the Counseling Center or his/her designee, responsibilities include providing individual (personal), couples and group counseling to students, faculty and staff. Other duties would include crisis intervention, assessment and follow up services, emergency services, floor presentations and advisory responsibility to student groups or organizations. The successful candidate will have at minimum, a masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, plus two years of experience. Licensure is preferred. Position open until filled. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
