Onsite Hotel Management Couple

The Quad City Inn Hotel is looking for a management couple to take over operating the hotel. We are looking for a couple that has hotel experience. You will be required to live on Site in the Managers Apartment.
Job Duties:
Operate the front desk from 10am to Midnight 5 days a week with your two days off being Monday and Tuesdays.
Must be on call during your time off.
Make Sure Grounds and Hotel are maintained and look presentable.
Supervise Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Part Time Front Desk Staff
Report Occupancy and Sales Numbers daily to owner
Suggest ways to grow business and assist Director of Sales N Marketing when needed.
Inspect Rooms Daily
Walk Property multiple times a day
Set a standard for Guest Satisfaction and Monitor it with all employees.
Requirements:
Must be able to be on your feet for 10 hours or more a day.
Must be able to bend, pull, and have full dexterity of your hands
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Must make sure you and your partner are both on board as it will take both of you to work as a team.
Compensation:
$30,000-$40,000 A Year for Couple
One Bed Room Apartment with Kitchen, Living Room, and small dinning area.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
