We are looking for Guest Service Agents to join our teams. We have two properties that are looking for customer service rock stars.
Quality Inn & Suites - Eldridge IA
Full Time Night Auditor 11P-7AM - Weekends Included
Part Time 2nd Shift Front Desk 3-11PM Monday, Tuesday, & Wed Must be available to work some weekends.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Professional Appearance and Attitude
Has A Passion To Give 5 Star Service To Every Guest
Has An Attention To Details
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Able To Work With Basic Computer Programs (Windows Based)
Must Be Able To Work Weekends and Holidays
Must Be Able to lift up to at least 35 Pounds
Must Be Able to Stand On Your Feet For 8 Hours Or more
Must Be Able to Bend and Pull Frequently
Job Duties- These are the general job duties of the Night Audit/Guest Service Position. These job duties are not limited to extra work that can be passed down by management in order to operate the hotel. Such as helping out in other departments when needed.
Checking In and Checking Out Guests
Making Phone Reservations and inputting them into the computer system properly
Upselling Guests to higher quality rooms
Cleaning Public Areas and Taking Care of Hotel Laundry
Balancing Credit Card and Cash Receipts
Running End of Day Reports
Running Forecast Reports
Reporting To The Operations or General Manager in any Discrepancies
Balancing A Cash Drawer
Keeping Accurate Guest Records
Assisting Guest With Places To Go, Things To Do, Where To Dine Etc.
Travelodge Hotel - Davenport Iowa
Part Time 2nd Shift Front Desk 5PM-11PM Wed, Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday Day Shift from 7am-3pm
Night Auditor 35 Hours A week 11Pm-830AM Weekend availability a must.

Starting Pay For These Positions will be based on Experience. If you have experience with Opera Lite, and Choice Advantage PMS systems we definitely want to talk to you!
No Experience necessary, but a strong background in Customer Service is a must. Also must have good work history.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
