As the Payroll & Benefits Manager you will supervise a staff of 3 in the preparation of company payrolls. Strong analytical skills are necessary to be successful in this role! You will ensure compliance with tax filings, oversee timekeeping processes, manage 401K plans, oversee union benefit administration, and perform strategic analysis as it relates to the department. Salary range up to $100k. In order to be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelors Degree, experience with labor unions, and supervisory experience.
