Role Overview:
Math InstructorAs a Math Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in:
Guiding small groups of students in mastering core math concepts, fostering deep comprehension and exceptional scores in college readiness assessments (ACT & SAT).
Monitoring student progress through distinctive multi-phase curriculum, providing personalized support and enhancement opportunities.
Demonstrating professionalism and impeccable organizational skills through timely communication with students, maintaining up-to-date lesson schedules online, and ensuring student accountability for assignments.
Driving the ongoing development and innovative implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
Mentoring middle and high school students with empathy, recognizing the intensifying competition and stress inherent in the college application process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, education, or a related STEM field (Master's or higher preferred; open to entry-level candidates).
Teaching experience in mathematics or tutoring at the college level (minimum 1 year).
GPA of 3.
5 or higher.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.

Experience teaching at the college or community college level.
Strong grasp of classroom pedagogy, with a knack for crafting engaging lesson plans using real-world examples.

Mastery of SAT and ACT Math, particularly in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics.
