Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Assists in creating and executing marketing campaigns for our business units through a variety of channels (digital ads, social media, email, direct mail, radio, television, print, trade shows, etc.
) and tracking the results.
Creates and conducts customer surveys via email and phone, and analyzes and reports results.
Assists in implementing and maintaining consistent brand guidelines across our company and all customer touchpoints.
Assists in writing, creating, and editing engaging and on-brand sales and marketing content such as ads, direct mail, press releases, sales collateral, case studies, blogs, social media posts, articles, email newsletters and notifications, letters to customers, presentations, and customer proposals.
Stays up to date on SEO and digital marketing best practices, and tracks digital analytics to continually enhance our company's websites.
Owns our presence and strategy on social media platforms, and manages our company's online reputation through review platforms and social mentions.
Serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and advertising and digital agencies.
As the company grows and position develops, additional marketing duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Education and/or
Experience:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional communication and solid organizational skills.
Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Ability to create creative, engaging marketing content.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with CMS Platforms, Mailchimp, Canva , Sendible, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
