This role involves a combination of cleaning responsibilities for Airbnb and long-term turnovers, as well as various property management tasks such as rent collection, leasing, eviction support, and communication with tenants and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning Services (Approximately 10-20 hours per week):
Perform thorough cleaning for Airbnb turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
Manage and execute cleaning tasks for long-term turnovers between tenants.
Coordinate cleaning schedules to meet property occupancy requirements.
Property Management Tasks (Approximately 20-30 hours per week):
Collect rent payments from tenants and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the leasing process, including property showings and application processing.
Provide support in the eviction process, liaising with legal and management teams as needed.
Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with vendors to coordinate and oversee maintenance work orders.
Administrative Responsibilities (Approximately 5-10 hours per week):
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of property-related documents.
Prepare and distribute notices, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets as needed.
