1) design, installation, and commissioning of new and revised equipment, 2) engineering support for maintenance & process improvement efforts, 3) leading reliability improvement effortsThe successful candidate will have developed both theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanical engineering and the production processThis Staff Mechanical Engineer will provide formal mentoring for less experienced technical resourcesBasic QualificationsBS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

e'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or RefugeePreferred QualificationsTen (10) or more years of experience of manufacturing processes, especially in the metals industryBasic understanding of rolling millsUnderstand process control techniques - Project engineering / management / implementation.
Experience with reliability techniques, including measurement, statistical control, capability and maintainability.
Mechanical limitations of equipment.
Experience leading, managing, and executing projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
Strong problem-solving skills, using both theoretical and practical methods to achieve improvements or correct identified problems.
Ability to oversee the activities of craft persons involved in the implementation of engineered solutions.
Ability to initiate and maintain an on-going dialog with installers to identify issues, clarify requirements, and facilitate use of safe work practices.
Strong oral and written communications, and a desire to coordinate and/or lead the activities of other members of a team.
Work effectively in a high-performance team environment and with cross functional teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
