Allredi is seeking 3 experienced Customer Service Representatives for our Davenport, IA locationThe Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries and provides world-class customer service by ensuring all customer needs are metTypical inquiries include assistance with identifying parts, providing quotations, and placing orders, assistance with returns and billing adjustments, and order tracking and expeditingThe Customer Service Representative is an integral part of creating an overall positive customer experience and therefore must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Promotes and maintains good customer relationships by servicing phone calls, delivering on customer needs and assisting in problem resolutionCompletes development plan and participates in ongoing training programs to improve competencies, skills, and product knowledgeWork closely with Sales Team members to provide customer support and serve as a back-up when the Sales Representative is not available Must be able to effectively communicate via email and phone, with both internal and external customersCompletes special projects and performs other related duties as neededWe are seeking candidates with the following profile:
Completion of high school degree (associate degree is preferred)3 years customer service experience in similar B2B environmentPositive, can-do attitudeStrong computer skills, Microsoft Excel experience is a plusWorks well in team settingExcellent problem-solving abilityDetail oriented and organizedAbility to multi-task and effectively manage workloadTakes ownership of a problem and follows it through resolutionAccepting of change and ability to adapt as needed Recommended Skills Adaptability Billing Communication Customer Demand Planning Customer Experience Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
