The Position:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to:
Manage staff schedules and training to ensure that all employees are on time and performing their best.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Ensure that the store is clean and organized, including picking up trash and sweeping floors.
Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and receiving shipments.
Assist with opening and closing of the store.
Assist with opening and closing procedures for new or existing locations.
Ensure that all locations are operating properly by checking inventory, ordering supplies, and receiving deliveries.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in retail operations management or similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of how to run a busy retail operation with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work 40
hours per week including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, walk up stairs, climb ladders, reach, bend, stoop, push pull, pull heavy items etc.
