Manage all aspects of our Used Car Operations Appraise and oversee all appraisals Manage inventories - maintain appropriate wholesale inventory levels Buy and sell wholesale cars Service get ready decisions Monitor time on the lot Oversee all vendors Manage all lease returns Manage lot personnel Oversee all pricing and information on internet feeds Develop and oversee Used Car Department processes Make sure reconditioning is done correctly Hire, train, and assist sales team in closing deals Implement objectives for achieving sales goals and gross profits Qualifications - Used Car Manager:
Must have experience managing all aspects of Used Car Operations Must be experienced with purchasing inventory online, at physical auctions, and disposing of inventory.
Must be well versed in using used car software tools, which include purchasing, pricing, and marketing of inventory Strong closer with good negotiation skills Superior leadership, team building, customer service, and communication skills Valid driver's license and good driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
