Davenport, IA Davenport, IA Full-time Full-time Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting overseeing daily operations related to staffing, service scheduling, product ordering and customer relations.
Furthermore, they monitor various parts of the supply chain, from shipping arrangements to proper delivery.
This is accomplished by assisting in strategic planning, carrying out initiatives daily, ensuring accountability and direction are provided in a manner that drives culture, and overall act as a direct extension of leadership.
Day to Day Duties (not limited to):
Oversee Service department to ensure timely and efficient responses to homeowner concerns.
Direct and supervise Service Technicians, ensuring proper techniques are followed.
Schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians and homeowners.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met, including technical information, problem solving, and customer resolution.
Take all incoming service calls and follow up on open services.
Return all voicemails and document costumer contacts.
Schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians and homeowners.
Order and inventory parts for services.
Assist with overseeing paint/stain trim receiving/processing.
Work with warehouse personnel to strategize and streamline processes as needed.
Data entry into company specific data databases to track revenue, material, and warehouse operations.
Promote cross training/ additional training opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Qualifications High School diploma.
Customer service and related experience.
3
years of experience in construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel, and other MS Office Suite programs (such as Outlook, Word, etc.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
