Position Details:
Compensation:
Assignment is to work up to 240 hours from June 5, 2023 through August 11, 2023.
Hours worked may be less than 240 but may not be over.
This position may be split between multiple people.
Hours and schedule are flexible but must occur during the time when buildings are open during the summer (generally 8-4 Monday-Friday).
Regular Duties and
Responsibilities:
Phase #1 - Closing Building Libraries:
Monroe, Washington, and Buchanan Work within the school library to box up and label all school library books.
Label/mark boxes with appropriate information.
Work with custodial team to ensure proper placement of boxes for transport to new location.
Phase #2 - Establishing Temporary Library Unbox books and shelve/organize them.
Create signs/labels as needed.
Dispose of shipping materials appropriately.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Education/Experience Required:
Strong communication skills through various methods Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively Takes initiative and responsibility for individual and team work Physical Requirements of Position:
