The Maintenance Worker is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance of Vera French Supported Housing properties on a scheduled basis.
Assist with cleaning, painting and repairs.
Preparing units for renting.
Outside building and ground maintenance for properties.
This part-time position is in our Housing Corporation Offices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED, basic knowledge and experience in performance of preventative and routine maintenance of building and grounds for multi-unit rental properties.
Valid Drivers' License and proof of current insurance use of personal vehicle required.
