Position Overview The Novelis Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our open Hourly Positions. The person in this role will report to the Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our open hourly positions. Recruiting and sourcing will focus on identifying candidates for our Production Workers, Equipment Operators, Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, etc. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Build a positive relationship with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to act as a talent acquisition advisor, being able to quickly fill openings with highly qualified and a diverse pool of candidates. Build a robust pipeline of talent for both current and future roles by actively sourcing candidates Responsible for ensuring consistency in recruiting process Extend offers to candidates Build a phenomenal and positive experience to all candidates and future employees Develop creative strategies to attract critical, hard-to-fill roles Increase overall employer brand awareness in the markets Novelis operates in and build engagement strategies for key prospective talent. Minimum
Qualifications:
5-7 years of demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting. Ability to manage multiple requisitions while demonstrating a sound sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to improve processes. Self-motivation to get results and complete tasks independently High level of emotional maturity; comfortable with change and ambiguity Solid understanding and experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS highly preferred What We Offer:

The facility cold rolls aluminum to a desired gauge anneals to temper levels coats and slits the rolled sheet to size. The facility produces mill finish coil and painted coil to serve the building and construction industry. Davenport Finishing has an active social responsibility committee that supports many organizations in the local community including Habitat for Humanity Riverbend Food Bank CASI and more. The facility also sponsors local events including their partnership with Junior Achievement in sponsoring and presenting at the Advanced Manufacturing Career Day.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
