The primary purpose of the Applications Analyst is to support the overall business strategy by providing in depth knowledge in specific business areas that span multiple computing environments. We do this by partnering with our internal customers to understand the current processes along with opportunities for improvements and then enable business value by delivering creative cost-effective solutions.
Essential Functions:
This position includes tactical execution and project management with examples including but not limited to:
Analyzes, enhances, and supports business processes that span multiple computing environments and multiple GRP locations. Develops an in-depth understanding of the business processes in their area(s) of assignment, and a general understanding of the GRP business. Takes initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements to support business objectives. Interacts with systems and BU business process owners during the deployment of business application projects. Effectively utilizes project methodology and tools to deliver solutions and communicate status. Operates within and influences IS standards and conventions and promotes adherence within the IS organization Pursues continuous learning consistent with changes in technology, and uses this to influence IS direction Essential Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

This includes knowledge of systems architecture, hardware, operations, and life cycle. Qualifications:
Associates Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years' programing experience in SQL and SQL/Plus programing languages. Minimum 3 years' experience supporting applications utilizing Oracle and SQL Server databases. Minimum 3 years' experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. Minimum 3 years' project management experience Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT Technical experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and customizations for the Order to Cash modules Application experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other ERP systems Technical experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions Functional experience or business process knowledge of Quality, Product Specifications, Order Entry, and Manufacturing Application experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft SharePoint. Technical experience or knowledge of COBOL, Linux, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, .NET Framework utilizing Visual Basic and Java programing languages is a plus.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
