Must be skilled at teaching in a team atmosphere.
This person will have responsibilities within the building as part of a committee and as part of a data team Must be willing to participate in building professional development initiatives concentrating on climate and culture (fidelity of building wide PBIS) and supporting building goals.
This position also includes the responsibility of teaching MTSS (intervention) and one advisory section.
Must be adept at building relationships and maintaining high academic standards for all students.
Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students to ensure each child reaches his/her full potential.

Preferred 185 OR 151 RequiredPhysical Requirements of Position:
(HBV?Yes?No)?Must be able lift/push/pull 50 lbs?Must be able to walk up and down stairs Special Qualification Desired:
(Personal Qualities, Education, Skills Needed, Experience, Etc.
)?Experience with the 4 Block schedule and related strategies is desired?Willingness to accept supervisory duties that are conducive to positive building environment?Willing to participate in all building and district workshops?Ability to work with a diverse student/family population Recommended Skills Biology Consulting Cultural Diversity Customer Relationship Management Interpersonal Skills Professional Development Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
