We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst contract to full-time position in Davenport, IA. The Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the HR and Talent Management teams to develop and implement requirements on projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR tools and processes. The Business Analyst works directly with HRMS manager and HR team to gather, analyze and document detailed requirements and robust solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This position requires: Ability to apply appropriate business analysis techniques and methodologies to gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate requirements Ability to decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by project team members who base their work on the requirements Ability to work with complex requirements for all software product dimensions; users, interfaces, actions, data, business rules, environmental, and quality attributes Working with project teams to ensures proposed solutions align with requirements and maximize value to stakeholders Working with project teams to evaluate impacts of defects and to develop plans for resolution or other mitigation through effective application of change control processes and tools Develop business process documents including workflow, Visio diagrams and/or process maps Organize and execute user testing and participate in end-user training An understanding of human resources business systems and processes Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem solving skills If this position is a fit for your skills and experience, please email eric. today!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
